Early-stage decisions can have an outsized impact on long-term development. We go beyond the headlines to advise on anticipated needs, challenges, and risks in the geopolitical and national security space.

Companies with valuable technology

When innovating and growing, early-stage companies may be unaware of the full range of security risks. Even larger and more-established companies may be using outdated security procedures that are no longer fit for today’s landscape. After years of investigating, prosecuting, and mitigating the damage done, we are now working to prevent it.

Compliance and investigations

Regulatory and legal hurdles can be diversions that become debilitating unless addressed in a timely and strategic manner. Based on experience with investigations involving all three branches of government, we focus on defending our clients, so that our clients can focus on defending our future.
